Before beginning my home inspection career, I received formal home inspection training at the Home Pro Training Institute in Washington DC and completed several months of field training inspecting homes here in the Raleigh area. I am a charter member of the North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector Association (NCLHIA). We have monthly meetings to help our members stay abreast of construction trends and problems.
